[Concert Report] Kis-My-Ft2 Everybody Go Tour - 23.07.2011 @ Hiroshima
So, here I am with my humble report on the Kisumai Hiroshima Concert :3
I must admit I didn't take notes this time around, because it was my first actual Kisumai concert and I wanted to experience it to the fullest. Of course that means I have a very very vague recollection of the setlist, hence me not doing a full report. This is more a collage of things that I remember and that stuck into my head.
And a full translation of the MC, yes. Because I have a recording of that.
First of all, this was the view from my seat:
I thought it was quite a great seat for being a conbini ticket...then I found out where the carts passed and I blessed the conbini. I was in the third row from the carts, which means I had a full, nice, close view of Kitayama, Taipi and Tama. 8D (But that happened only near the end of the con)
My overall impression of the concert was incredible. I fell in love with them all over again.
As I said, this was actually my first concert, since I've only been to PZ09 before, and I didn't quite know what to expect, but they've surprised me on so many different levels! They're all just so talented. All the dance segments were incredible and amazing, I could just stand there with wide eyes muttering to myself "Omg guys you're just so good!" ♥ Not to mention the vocals! Kitayama especially surprised me, he pulled off some amazing notes.
☆ During "Kis-My-CALLING", Kitayama replaced "Mr. Fujigaya" with a simple "Taisuke♥" (I swear the heart was there)
☆ Tama's opening costume has been haunting my dreams. For real. It doesn't help that from my seat I couldn't even tell that wasn't a skirt.
☆ The MC was absolutely awesome, as you will see later in this post.
☆ During "My Love", Senga didn't sing his "Aishiteru" and he whispered it into his mic instead.
☆ The Miyata Otaku Corner:
- Yokoo was nicknamed "Evangelion"
- Senga came out with the horrible silver sequined coat, the white boa and sunglasses. Somehow, at some point, he ended up racing around the venue.
- Yokoo did the Momotaro retelling with his drawings :3 Nikaido was the dog, Senga (ofc) the monkey and Nikaido ended up being the bird as well...and then there was the rabbit, which wasn't a drawing at all, but a camera that went backstage and filmed Tama with rabbit ears nom-ing a fake carrot X3
- Nikaido did his round of monomanes: the first one was a Fujigaya monomane in Misaki No.1 (he really sounded like Fujigaya *A*), the second one was a Tsubasa-kun-after-he-landed-from-an-acrobatic kime pose XDD the third one was the race skit he and Miyata did on Waratte Iitomo
- When the other three came out after the Miyadance, Kitayama was carrying a HUGE harisen and hit Miyata multiple times for calling Yokoo "Evangelion"; then Fujigaya took the harisen from Kitayama and hit Miyata for doing his monomane.
- The trio was forced into monomanes themselves while the others were changing into their next costumes (on stage!!!). Kitayama ended up doing a perfect Sailor Moon, Fujigaya a cute AnpanMan and Tama...I'm not really sure what that was supposed to be, but I'm pretty sure he falied XD
☆ During the first encore's Everybody Go, Senga and Fujigaya tripped into each other but they somehow managed to still stand thanks to a miraculous saving of Fujigaya's that grabbed Senga by the arm before he could fall and turned them until they were back in their place like nothing had happened *___*
☆ During the same Everybody Go, Kitayama completely missed his cue. At the point where the music changes to a slower beat (the Champion part in the PV, to make things clear), he started singing his part right away instead of pausing XD he noticed after two words and laughed at himself, he got only more confused though and looked helplessly at Fujigaya who thankfully helped him getting back in track, only to mock him in his next lines though, when he replaced his words and sang "Moshikashitara Kitayama kamo shirenai" (so the whole verse sounded like "This era is awating for its Champion, and it might just be Kitayama" XD)
☆ When they left the stage after that stunt, Kitayama said "I will buy the CD and practice, I promise!"
☆ And now we get to the MC. It's. Long. Like, really long. Don't say I didn't warn you!
So first of all, here is the mp3 recording! I advise you to download it and listen to it while reading this, because it's just too hilarious to miss XD
There are some parts I don't get, I'm sorry. And some parts that are more approximate than not, either because they're talking all over each other or because they all just say the same thing.
The whole thing is color-coded, I hope it's not too confusing? 8<

Ki: Tama did his best in this episode ne. Being all cool and evil at the beginning and then revealing that he had such a character, that he had the ring. He pretended to throw it and then 'Actually the ring is here'

Ki: Isn't it really perfect the moment they start playing it in the drama?
F: Yeah, that moment when Tamamori is doing his best and is at his coolest...Kitayama's voice plays!
Ki: I thought about this when I was watching yesterday...'I'm gooood!"

F: Well continuing...
Ki: HEY!
F: No seriously continuing...We appeared in Iitomo yesterday! Did you watch?
Audience: We did~

S: That makes it two times Tamori-san, you know!

Y: I was surprised when I saw it, when Fujigaya was on the phone and he said "So can I come with all Kisumai?", I thought "Aww this guy X3"
F: That's because, us 7 are a whole!
Ki: What's with that voice?
N: lol
F: XD But it was really a great thing we could go!
Ki: Yes
F: It was really fun!
Ki: And speaking about that, well how should you call it, but...Nika-chan and Miyata ne

N: I was so nervous, all my arms went numb

S: You just put too much strenght in holding the mic, you were fine *pats Nika on the shoulder*

N: YOU GO OLDIE! *slides towards Kitayama to push him and make him slide towards Fujigaya but he trips over Mitsu and they both end up on the floor XDDDD*

N: And also the part, "Agatte Go Go" everyone said "Oh Yeah!" right?

Ki: It's really cool isn't it?
S: Makes me happy
Ki: This is a kind of song that's not just about us singing it, it becomes a real piece only when everyone gets together and sings. It's a wonderful song. It comes out August 10th, everyone please buy it!

I really hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I did at the venue :3 It was just so hilarious and flail-worthy!! I couldn't believe my eyes lol ^^;;
I must admit I didn't take notes this time around, because it was my first actual Kisumai concert and I wanted to experience it to the fullest. Of course that means I have a very very vague recollection of the setlist, hence me not doing a full report. This is more a collage of things that I remember and that stuck into my head.
And a full translation of the MC, yes. Because I have a recording of that.
First of all, this was the view from my seat:
I thought it was quite a great seat for being a conbini ticket...then I found out where the carts passed and I blessed the conbini. I was in the third row from the carts, which means I had a full, nice, close view of Kitayama, Taipi and Tama. 8D (But that happened only near the end of the con)
My overall impression of the concert was incredible. I fell in love with them all over again.
As I said, this was actually my first concert, since I've only been to PZ09 before, and I didn't quite know what to expect, but they've surprised me on so many different levels! They're all just so talented. All the dance segments were incredible and amazing, I could just stand there with wide eyes muttering to myself "Omg guys you're just so good!" ♥ Not to mention the vocals! Kitayama especially surprised me, he pulled off some amazing notes.
☆ During "Kis-My-CALLING", Kitayama replaced "Mr. Fujigaya" with a simple "Taisuke♥" (I swear the heart was there)
☆ Tama's opening costume has been haunting my dreams. For real. It doesn't help that from my seat I couldn't even tell that wasn't a skirt.
☆ The MC was absolutely awesome, as you will see later in this post.
☆ During "My Love", Senga didn't sing his "Aishiteru" and he whispered it into his mic instead.
☆ The Miyata Otaku Corner:
- Yokoo was nicknamed "Evangelion"
- Senga came out with the horrible silver sequined coat, the white boa and sunglasses. Somehow, at some point, he ended up racing around the venue.
- Yokoo did the Momotaro retelling with his drawings :3 Nikaido was the dog, Senga (ofc) the monkey and Nikaido ended up being the bird as well...and then there was the rabbit, which wasn't a drawing at all, but a camera that went backstage and filmed Tama with rabbit ears nom-ing a fake carrot X3
- Nikaido did his round of monomanes: the first one was a Fujigaya monomane in Misaki No.1 (he really sounded like Fujigaya *A*), the second one was a Tsubasa-kun-after-he-landed-from-an-acrobatic kime pose XDD the third one was the race skit he and Miyata did on Waratte Iitomo
- When the other three came out after the Miyadance, Kitayama was carrying a HUGE harisen and hit Miyata multiple times for calling Yokoo "Evangelion"; then Fujigaya took the harisen from Kitayama and hit Miyata for doing his monomane.
- The trio was forced into monomanes themselves while the others were changing into their next costumes (on stage!!!). Kitayama ended up doing a perfect Sailor Moon, Fujigaya a cute AnpanMan and Tama...I'm not really sure what that was supposed to be, but I'm pretty sure he falied XD
☆ During the first encore's Everybody Go, Senga and Fujigaya tripped into each other but they somehow managed to still stand thanks to a miraculous saving of Fujigaya's that grabbed Senga by the arm before he could fall and turned them until they were back in their place like nothing had happened *___*
☆ During the same Everybody Go, Kitayama completely missed his cue. At the point where the music changes to a slower beat (the Champion part in the PV, to make things clear), he started singing his part right away instead of pausing XD he noticed after two words and laughed at himself, he got only more confused though and looked helplessly at Fujigaya who thankfully helped him getting back in track, only to mock him in his next lines though, when he replaced his words and sang "Moshikashitara Kitayama kamo shirenai" (so the whole verse sounded like "This era is awating for its Champion, and it might just be Kitayama" XD)
☆ When they left the stage after that stunt, Kitayama said "I will buy the CD and practice, I promise!"
☆ And now we get to the MC. It's. Long. Like, really long. Don't say I didn't warn you!
