I'm sorry, but what is going on with our dragon aspects? Did their warranties all just expire or something?
I mean, from the creation of the world until 10,000 years ago, everything was swell. That's an amazingly good track record by recent standards--not a single act of depraved insanity, genocide, wanton destruction, enslavement of other races, or the like.
Then, 10,000 years ago, Neltharion got all insany-evil, but the Old Gods had been messing with his head, so who can blame him? After that little hiccup, for another 10,000ish years, everything was smooth. Dragons kept up a healthy record of 4/5 for upholding truth, justice, and the Azerothian way.
Flash forward to the aftermath of the Third War. Ysera has completely lost it, and hostile and well-armed expressions of her insanity are cropping up all over the world killing people. Malygos has decided to out-blood-elf the belfs by driving right through the planet's crust to drink its tasty mana-y center. Now we find out that Nozdormu is hell-bent on destroying the world as we know it, possibly out of a selfish desire to extend his own life?
The only dragon aspect that we can apparently trust ATM is Alexstrasza, who was until recently enslaved by the Dragonmaw orcs and providing them with the means to rain firey death on their enemies.
