Yes, it has been a long time...
I am on a super fast computer. Or maybe it just feels so b/c I haven't been on-line in MONTHS! I know, I know. Most of you cannot conceive of that. I do go on-line about once a week or so, but only to my banks website. Other than that, zip.
Right now I am in Camden, SC for my grandfather's funeral. Events like this are always bittersweet. Of course, death is never pleasant. But he was sick for many years (he passed at 89 yrs old) so it is nice that he is no longer suffering. And then we have family many of us haven't seen in 15+ years. We are a very large family, but many are too crazy to keep in close quarters. LOL! Not nice. But we took many beautiful pictures. It is so peaceful here. Reminds me that I want to raise my children down south. (side point...I just hurt myself trying to look over this darn pc again. I am waiting for the hotel to put out the cookies they had down here last night. Yes, I am that fat.)
I started working at the health club in July. I am enjoying myself so far. Great $$, but working toward a quota is stress. There is nothing like seeing fine men sweat all day though (the nice glistening sweat, not the 'smelling like the bottom of a gym bag' kind)
Started dating someone three weeks ago. I've known him for about 2 months. We work together, which is a total no-no in my book. But he's amazing. Completely different from anyone I've dealt with before. Funny enough I was telling him how he reminded me of my grandpa just the day before he passed.
This time I've been away from the internet I've also been away from music. I haven't gone to any shows, I haven't received any discs from my company, and I've written no reviews. Completely void.
I keep saying I'm going to get my pc hooked up at home. But until then, I'm sure my posts will be this sporadic. I hope everyone is well!
