More or less, yeah. With so many of our best and most powerful officers missing we need someone to take their place as the members of a S.W.A.T. team I'm forming. You'll still get to go on patrol and take out the criminals your way, but in exchange for access to our files and some of our equipment, you have to be there for us when we need you.
