Not a good day
So, I just got back from my doctor's visit.
And this time around (I go every 3 months or so for my thyroid issues) my doc decided to get a whole work up since I haven't had one in a year and I complained about my memory sucking.
As it seems, I may be border line DIABETIC.
Basically, if I don't do something about my weight I WILL BE DIABETIC, not borderline, not possibly, but definitely.
And to think, this weekend, I resolved to going on a diet- an actual one where I will have to eat certain foods and such. I even asked for my boyfriend's support in doing this.
I'm freaked out and very upset with myself for letting me get to this point.
And I just spent 30 bucks on diabetes testing supplies! Which isn't a big deal, but I only have 50 bucks to my name right now.
THIS SUCKS.
