Because you need to read something new from me everytime you check my LJ.....
Well, a lot has been happening though I haven't really had the energy to write about it all.
My aunt, the one that is described in the earlier entry.... she's out of the hospital and the surgery and all went very well.... however, after doing a nother biopsy of the actual polyp and excised intestine they found cancerous cells on the walls of the intestine. So this means she'll need chemotherapy. They won't start till next week after Christmas, but you can imagine she's a bit of a wreck. Here she is thinking that she may be good especially sincce the first biopsy came back negative.... well, she knew there was still a chance. But it's one thing to realize there's a chance and another to know that you actually have it.
I think we're going to visit her today and see how she's doing. Ugh.
Otherwise I'm alright. I'll be spending Christmas with my pseudo boyfriend and his family, along with my mom and brother. Should be barrels of fun!
And work... is work. I'm tacticly casting my net for something new. I'm not totally thrilled with where I am and what's going on. Maybe I'm imapatient, but I don't know that it's a place for me or my career. Actually, I don't think it's doing much for my career. But I'm working on it. Not full fledged plowing ahead on the hunt like last year, but sowing the seeds.
So, Vikki, are we good now?
