Today someone phoned me and asked for the time difference between London and Perth, Western Australia.

Anyone out there who doesn't get what directory enquiries do, please learn. You'd be amazed how annoying it is.

If it's any more annoying than I think it is, then I'm glad I'm not working for them. Besides I dont think I'd be particularly patient with such a blatent lack of knowledge about the world's geography.

The world has too many idiots in it,
I expect anybody reading this will know that such information can be
found on line though. I hope that, apart from the occasional idiot
calling asking silly questions, you enjoy your job, like the people you
work with and get paid well
