CEC ArtsLink, a NYC-based arts nonprofit, partners with the Sundance Film Festival for the second year in a row to bring four young independent filmmakers from Russia to the US for a professional residency that will take them to the festival and to New York City.

In New York, they will present two special screenings of their award-winning films at Tribeca Cinemas on February 1st and 2nd. New Russian Shorts on February 1st features the North American premiere of three short films by Elena Bychkova, Sergey Groznov, and Anton Koskov.

And on February 2nd, don’t miss Roman Karimov’s feature film Inadequate People, a quirky romantic comedy that Variety.com calls a “superbly thesped Russian pic.”
