ah the media whores

So is every freaking actor or singer trying to get their thoughts on MJ's death in the public press? Seriously are all these people so devastated by death? I find that very hard to believe. Sure he changed the entertainment world no doubt, he sold millions of albums and was a prime target for the media of all types but I find it very hard to believe that so many celebrities are so very devastated by his death.... Sorry I just don't buy it. Shocked that such a young man could drop dead out of the apparent blue I can buy that, but so emotionally distraught that they cannot speak, too far gang you have pushed it too far. Honestly I am surprised he lived as long as he did, he was obviously not well physically or emotionally and has not been for some time. I hope his children find a loving home that is supportive and more stable than what they have lived so far. I am sure this is a very difficult time for them and my thoughts are with them today.

Charlie Gibson on GMA said today that people who do not have his music on their ipod are some how odd, well I do not nor will I ever. I am not and was never a fan of MJ and did not find him a particularly talented singer. He did change the face of entertainment and certainly raised music videos to new heights. Sorry Charlie there are plenty of us out here who did not like his music and have no problem sitting still when we hear it.

celebrity, media whores, mj death
