Stuff has been happening, but I'm just too preoccupied to type it down. Heh.
On Sunday, I went with Chiggy to volunteer at the AIDS walk. However, the volunteering committee (or whatever I'm supposed to call them) was really disorganized, and whenever we asked what we should do, they'd go "Oh, we don't know... Go help people who look confused..." This sort of "eh, dunno" approach is what led to Chiggy and I walk the whole 5 km instead of actually doing any volunteer work. It was fun, though I have 5 blisters on my feet because in the morning rush to be on time, I grabbed the worst shoes for walking. Oops. XD
Hmm. I somehow managed to forget everything else I wanted to say. *blinks*
Almost done reading At Swim, Two Boys. It's absolutely fantastic. *0* I'm in awe of how the most insignificant-seeming events and notes at the very beginning of the book play a role in the end. It's really quite stunning. And the relationships between characters are great, as well as the characters themselves. I love. <3
Oh, I recently picked up that old art project from last year -- the "Artificial" watercolour. xD I finished watercolouring the previously unpainted regions, and am now using coloured pencils to add details and shading and stuff. It looks much better this way. x_x I just felt bad about it taking up space in my closet, and looking so gloomily abandoned...
I believe our school's Half Price Book Sale starts tomorrow :O I look forward to it. Perhaps I shall find some spiffy books (prolly not, but I can hope)~~
