Time to finally make an entry~~ I've been really busy (I'm not complaining, though; I really enjoy it).

Last night, we (Fenna, Ichigo, Lora, Ele, and I... with my mom, too) went to karaoke. Although I accidentally gave my mom wrong directions and almost got us dreadfully lost, we arrived there soon enough;;. Karaoke was fun, and a wonderful way to end a not-so-wonderful week. And I finally recieved a chance to karaoke "Creep"~~! I'm pretty sure that most people didn't realize that the song was supposed to be low, quiet, and un-understandable, though. Ah well; I enjoyed singing it~

As it was Friday, there were TONS of people there, and of course -- a great many were drunk. ;; When Lora and I were coming back to the room after getting a few drinks, we encountered a guy holding a beer, who stopped us, and proceeded to tell us that they were "starting something" in his room (right next door, it happened;;;;), and asked us (all while smiling in an odd way) if we wanted to join him. ;;;;; (You can guess what Lora and I said, 'course. ;;;;;;;;;)

After coming home and having tea with my mother, I promptly went to bed. (I'm sorry, Chiggy; I told you to get on AIM, and then didn't myself. x_x)

This morning, my mom woke me up and we headed out to Red Barn. Unfortunately, I forgot to take my allergy pills, and had to deal with lots of sniffling, and had an impossible time trying to breathe by the register (I'm not sure why it was so terible in just that area, though). It was like my lungs couldn't expand. At all x_x.

We ended up buying three dwarf oleanders, and.. a southern magnolia -- my mother and I have wanted one for quite a while now. While the shrubs fit comfortably in the trunk.. the magnolia did not. (The magnolia SAPLING was already over 10 feet). I did think of a way to drive it home in the small Toyota Camry, though ;;; Tust me when I say that it was.. quite an interesting ride. About 3' of the top of the magnolia stuck out the back seat window. You can guess the rest. ;;;

Before going to Red Barn, we had stopped by a few other places, and ended up buying me the first four books of the Vampire Chronicles, and a Russian "learn-by-reading" book. xD;; Lmao. I've vowed to improve my Russian, so that's the first step. It has little marks for where the emphasis in the words should be, which is perhaps the most useful thing of all -- I have a horrid time with that. ;;

We also stopped by the newly-expanded Asia Market, where we bought raisin-cookies, dried tomatoes, and most importantly -- jasmine tea. x3 The line was so long~ It was amazing!

After coming home, we rested and then started planting the Chinese pistachio that's been inside for a long time. And wow, that took a lot of work x___x;;; And after another cup of tea and some food (the first food I ate was at 3pm ;___;), we set out AGAIN~ This time.. to HEB.

A smoothie and glass of Dr. Pepper later, my mother and I set out for yet another time, this time to look for random stuff for the house. And now I'm back x_x I think I spent about 3 hours total at home today. -laughs-
