Tuna salad

Yesterday I made tuna salad 

for dinner ッ


I did some research about tuna too

(ノ゚O゚)ノをぃをーい
It's really good for health

(ノ゚O゚)ノをぃをーい
I love all kinds of fish and
I honestly don't understand those who don't.
Even when it smells(笑)

I have been eating it every day lately

On black bread, in a soup & salad.

But I think salad is one of the best ways
how to eat tuna

Especially when you're on diet



(ノ゚O゚)ノThis is how it turned out~


Somehow salads make me feel really full!

↑It includes iceberg lettuce, tomatos, tuna,
garlic, chinese cabbage & some sort of sweet onions~
Try adding soy sauce to salads too!

Tuna includes omega-3 fatty acid 

(EPA & DHA)
which activate your brain,
improve your blood flow
and decrease blood cholestrerol 

It's perfect diet food as it only has 116 cal in 100g

Plus it tastes good! 



So that's why
I reccomend it to everyone 

who eat seafood!
