Yesterday I made tuna salad
for dinner ッ

I love all kinds of fish and
I honestly don't understand those who don't.
Even when it smells(笑)
I have been eating it every day lately
On black bread, in a soup & salad.
But I think salad is one of the best ways
how to eat tuna
Especially when you're on diet

Somehow salads make me feel really full!
↑It includes iceberg lettuce, tomatos, tuna,
garlic, chinese cabbage & some sort of sweet onions~
Try adding soy sauce to salads too!

which activate your brain,
improve your blood flow
and decrease blood cholestrerol
It's perfect diet food as it only has 116 cal in 100g
Plus it tastes good!
