New Year's is the busiest time of the year, I realize. Even more than Christmas, nya. A lot of guests are reserving function rooms and asking for nine course meals. And because it's the holiday season, we are actually allowing patrons to reserve a day before, whereas a three-day-before scheduling is the norm. I am going to need a sous-chef very soon, I think. @.@
