Teaser: "I know..." I said, sighing. "But I'm still worried. And you know those two... If you leave them alone...." I trailed off.
AN: the rules said that if no one claims a page after 3 days and 6 hours, then it's the 1st writer's responsibility so I went and did this page. i didn't misunderstood, right?? Did this is a flash though.

"YABAI!!!" My daze got disturbed by his shout... "Chinen and Yuto!! Where are they?" he continued with a panic voice.
Yuto's POV
"There!" Chinen pointed. I didn't really think about it and just jump to the sink with him.
It was silent for a while. Chinen and I held our breaths as we hide right behind the bowl. We didn't even care anymore that those were dirty plates and there were - eww - left over foods.
But then suddenly, that demon cat's eye peeked at the sink. Panicking, I splash the cat with the water in the bowl. The water hit the cat in the face and it scurried off.
I sighed in relief. I think I just lost half of my life span. Besides me, Chinen was panting as well. That was a long run we made.
And then I started laughing.
I might have really gone out of my mind. Just about an hour ago I was inside the classroom, sleepy and wishing for something exciting to happen. Now... now it felt soooo long ago.
Be careful what you wish for. Jeez.
Chinen started laughing as well, out of relief, I'm sure.
But then he stopped abruptly. "Yuto! Yama-chan and Mirai!" he said, eyes wide.
I'm sure mine widen as well.
"Where are they??" I asked him.
He shook his head.
"We gotta find them!" I said. He nodded.
But just as I lift Chinen up so we could climb out the sink, there was a noise. Footsteps and a woman's voice.
The cafeteria lady was here.
Chii and I hide behind the plates again.
The cafeteria lady placed more plates in the sink, just by us.
That was close!! Too close!! We were almost crushed by plates~! Jeez, what a way to die! Crush by plates!!!
There were also left overs in the plates. The smell... ugh... the smell is really something.
And then I realized that there were peppermints.
I immediately covered my nose. Sneezing will do no good. I think our cafeteria lady will have a heart attack if she sees us.
Chinen did the same. But after a while, removed his hands from his face.
"I think it's okay, Yuto." He said. "The peppermint is too big for it to go to our noses."
Weird comment. But it was true.
We heard the cafeteria lady going on about. I think it's almost break time.
I turned to Chii. "We need to find Mirai and Yama-chan." I told him.
"I know, Yuto." He said. "But we need to wait. We can't risk it. Besides, I'm sure they're fine. The cat went for us and I'm sure they're together. Yama-chan won't leave Mirai. You know that."
"I know..." I said, sighing. "But I'm still worried. And you know those two... If you leave them alone...." I trailed off.
He laughed. "Are you worried they might kill each other or are you worried they might do weird things?"
I laughed as well. "Both. But honestly, I'm more worried in the latter." I told him. Really, the two was too obvious they might just go and marry already. Too bad they're as dense as they are obvious.
The cafeteria lady then stepped out the kitchen. We took our chance.
Chinen climbed out fine and then he pulled me up.
That was when we saw them. Yamada and Mirai were shouting at us, though we can barely hear them. So I didn't need to worry about sneezing. Jeez. They were by the microwave, just by the sink. But with our size, it looks miles away.
We shout back. "Wait for us! We'll go there!"
But then the door opened again and the cafeteria lady was back. I saw Mirai and Yamada jumped back in the microwave. Chinen and I jumped behind a glass.
We watched the cafeteria lady. She had went to the refrigerator and got something.
I felt my heart dropped as I saw what she got. Microwavable lasanga.
My eyes widen. And I went to the edge of the sink, just behind the rack, to shout at Yamada and Mirai.
They didn't seem to hear me but they could see me.
And I saw their faces paled as they realized what was going to happen.
The lady was fast approaching them.
They were inside the microwave!
I shouted more, though I know it was futile. I watched as the lady opened the microwave.
They couldln't get out.
But then, I saw Chinen moved from my peripheral view.
He dived back to the sink and next thing I knew he was throwing peppermints at the lady. Miraculously, one of the peppermint went straight to the lady's nose. She started sneezing. Taking the chance, Yama-chan and Mirai jumped out the microwave.
I sighed in relief and then I went to Chii.
"They got out." I told him.
He nodded in relief and sat on the sink in exhaustion. I smiled at him, and jumped onto the sink as well. Only way to get out is to do what we did earlier.
But the cafeteria lady was still sneezing, and it happened so fast, I didn't realize but the cafeteria lady opened the faucet.
The only thing Chinen and I could do was looked at each other in shock.
The water poured, soaking us and creating big waves in the sink. Why don't they clean the sink for crying out loud?? Why is the drain occluded???????
Chinen and I held onto each other as the wave took us with it. It was a blur of water, Chinen, left over foods and plates.
I couldn't see anything properly but I managed to grabbed hold onto something. A bottle.
I pulled Chii to me and the two of us held on the bottle for our dear life.
When finally, the faucet was closed, the sink was already full with water.
We waited til the cafeteria lady left again and then we swam our way to the edge of the sink and climbed up.
Both of us were exhausted and soaked and smelly. This is one hell of a day.
"I'm gonna be reporting this. The cafeteria lady is wasting water, leaving the faucet open for a long time. And she's not cleaning the sink!" I said, a bit out of context but I needed to rant.
"The cafeteria lady???" Chinen said, outraged. "Fine, do that. But I'm gonna kill Sensei, Shougo and Miki!!!"
The door to the kitchen openend again and we automatically jumped behind the glass again.
But it wasn't the cafeteria lady.
It was Suzu-chan. She called out to the cafeteria lady outside. "I'm taking the cake, ne?" she said.
I barely heard a 'Hai' coming from the outside.
I had a good look on Suzuka's face as she pass by the sink going to the refrigerator. She was frowning.
She took out the cake and then placed it first by the sink.
She also took some paper plates, plastic forks, and a plastic bag. She then went back by the sink to the cake.
"I baked a cake for Umi-chan and Chii... but now Chii and the others, even Mirai-chan, is nowhere to be found and Umika is worried sick. What happened to them?" She muttered, worriedly. She then sighed. "Well, I hope the cake can cheer Umika up even just a bit."
I looked at Chinen then and found him gaping, and clutching at his head.
"It's our monthsary! I forgot! So that was why Umika was looking for me earlier!!!" He said, aghast.
Suddenly, he grabbed hold of me and pulled me to the plastic bag. We jumped inside it.
"Chii??"
"We need to change back. Now." He said, determined.
"Chii, what about Mirai and Yama-chan??" I told him though I could feel Suzuka starting to lift tthe plastic bag.
"Suzuka's going back to the classroom. The two would be there. We'll go to Miki and Shougo first, then we'll come back for them. This'll be quicker." He said.

Kamiki and Shougo had combed the whole rooftop now.
"They're not here!!" Miki said, panicking. "Where are they? What will we do? What if they fell to the ground or a bird took them and fed them to her chicks or---"
Shougo slapped him. "Snap out of it! We need to be calm! Let's go look for them, first, okay??"

Authors Note: not much of YamaShi hee but we need to know what happens to Chii and Yuto. Didn't really think much of the plot, but I hope this is okay. :)
