It was a nice thing you went to Macedonia to look through the WWI past, but it would have been better if you scaled the whole region. Especialy between Stojakovo and Selemlija (near Gevgelija not Valandovo, right next to the Macedonian-Greek border). There you can find the big trenches of WWI still intact.
