I am reading the Larkwood right now, and totally agree - found it a bid hard-going at the start but I am loving it now close to the end) and not sure how I will cope for the next few months until the second one comes out.

Also feel absolutely the same way about the Lyons books - I find them really quite poorly written (and the fact that Lyons is evidently very much in love with her protag is quite painful to read). That said, I am sticking with the series so far.
