I am referred to a Mental Health Service User; though I personally think that makes me willingly complicit in how I am sometimes treated.

I used to be a postman, but became a postal delivery officer (still don't remember being promoted and I was still a Postal Delivery Officer even when i was doing weeks of nights to avoid having to deal with people; usually kids - I shall just say Postman Pat and leave it at that).
