A clear front-runner here, and a clear ranking of the others; though NB that last year's winner was fourth of eight nominees on both GR and LT. Note also that The Goblin Emperor gets the highest average rating from those who have read it.

I don't think it's completely meaningless, but I don't claim that it's more than straws in the wind. On the basis of the numbers, I would be very surprised to see the award go to Coming Home, which is the lowest-rated on LT, second-lowest on GR, and has barely a quarter of the readers of The Three-Body Problem; and I'd be equally surprised to see it go to Trial By Fire, which doesn't even have a third of the readers of Coming Home!

The other four all look to me like they are potentially in the zone, though, and I agree that it's great to see Cixin Liu on the list.
