WHY DO THE CONTRACTS NOT LINE UP WHHYYYY???

So I'm designing my changeling that I plan on becoming the next Spring Court Queen of Delaware, A Ms. Halley 'DJ Lulin' O'Connor-- AND none of the contracts really line up with each other uggg... I mean I'm trying to get as many spring contracts as possible and balanceing out her attribute/skill's stats and its being difficult-- very difficult grr, Unlike in vampire you can funnel all sorts of XP everywhere and still suck ass
