On the apartment...
For the most part it sucks monkey butt, but my room is huge (and it comes with a closet big enough to hold both my shoes and my books).
There were a ton of problems when we moved in. We didn't have a dishwasher, any time we used to kitchen faucet it'd flood the dining room, the hot and cold water are backwards in all the taps (for a while we didn't have hot water, now we don't have cold), the toilet didn't flush and wasn't anchored to the floor, the shower didn't have a curtain rod and was missing a knob, the drain in the bath tub doesn't close (so no bubble baths for me), and all the settings on our stove are backwards.
Most of them have been fixed by now. We're on a first name basis with the maitenance guy.
