So I'm not moving to Denton. I'm not going to UNT, and I'm not going to try and get a job at Hooters to pay for the apartment I'm not going to rent.
Instead, I'm staying in Garland. I'll plot my escape for later. In the mean time, I'm going to UTD. I should be able to get better scholarships there. I'm going to keep living with my parents, which is a drag. I was really looking forward to my own bathroom. But that's ok; I'll just plan my classes around everyone else's schedules.
There are some major perks to staying, though. One fabulous facet of this is that I don't have to save every cent I make now. I can go splurge on shoes I'm only going to wear maybe three times a year. There are other things too, but I'll save those for a later date.
