Let's see...I'm in an outline mood so here's an outline or a list of what I've been up to since the last day of school.
Friday: Treated Scarlet to lunch at Red Robin's and then we headed to the mall. We checked out some skirts, shirts, etc. and then met up with Elizabeth at Nordstrom's. Then we just all kinda headed home. Most interesting part- Introduced Scarlet to A&F and Hollister's (what funny stores). I think we got interesting stares from people, especially when we commented on how cheap the $50+ shirt was at A&F in front of one of the employees.
Saturday: Went to Business Costco to get catalogs of their apparel, uniform, etc. stuff. Then went to Nordstrom Rack at the Super Mall with my mom and Jamie. I got new Puma shoes (yes!!!) which are really cool and I bet no one at school will have the same pair (which really doesn't matter but they are that weird and awesome). I also got two new skirts and a shirt...and I think I'll buy more stuff for the east coast trip and all. Also went to see Batman Begins with Cameron and that was a lot of fun. The actor who plays Bruce Wayne is so hot! ;) Then picked Jason up from a weird dance thingy and then came home and made a salad for my siblings and I and Jamie made omelettes. It was fun and then Jason and I had pizza. Yum!
Sunday (today): Woke up by mommy to go to Seattle. Apparently, the "Prime Minister" of Communist Vietnam decided to pay a visit to Boeing and Microsoft this weekend and so there was a huge protest by a bunch of angry Vietnamese people from Seattle, Tacoma, Oregon, and even Canada. The huge group of Communist officials were evidently scared because they never chose to use the main entrance to exit from the Fairmount Hotel but the back doors. I thought it was amusing because the protest was...interesting. Apparently, the Communists are planning to go to D.C. and try to convince President Bush to open up a bigger embassy office for them. (I mutter: "yeah right...") There will also be a protest in D.C. when they go and also a protest [today] in France because another Communist official is paying France a visit. Does this sound exciting or what? My mom and I spotted some young, Communist officials peeking out their windows and it was easily understood that they were hella scared. I wanted to shout and etc. like the other mad, angry adults but because my mom was extremely reluctant in getting her picture taken and etc., my mom and I stood towards the back and watched silently. I dressed up pretty damn well and basically displayed myself for the Vietnamese Association of Tacoma members when they came and said hi to my mom. I hope that makes my parents happy...I was called pretty many times.
I'm just now watching TV and chilling while my siblings are playing tennis, my dad's working on yard work, and my mom's taking a nap. It's Father's Day but ugh...my mom and I got him a Starbucks Mint Mocha so yeah... :) That sounds cheap and etc. but whenever I make him something or get him something, he usually doesn't use it or just trashes it after a month.
