So I've gotten the place to a point that I am not completely depressed every time I walk in it. There are just a few pinpointed areas left to organize and clean, and systematically (to a point) keep decent. Here are some photographias...
Here I am after cleaning. I'm tired and ready for dinner! I love my crockpot!
Sorry, not sure why this one came out so small. My bathroom is actually nice and clean and I want it to stay that way, I'll be cleaning it every other day (believe me, it will need it) but I do need to organize my bathroom shelf:
Here's a picture of my sink and mirror...I should have taken a before pic, but I was embarassed!
Here's the end of my hallway...Notice the very classy storage container...a recycled Top Ramen box (I am getting rid of that, it's going straight into the recycler). All the contents of the box will find a new home.
Both of my computer desks are horrifying...
My bookshelf (don't worry, the cobwebs are Halloween decorations. that would be gross if they were real.)
My painting section, which is really the least of my troubles. It's not that bad. But it could use a bit of organizing, as I had a hell of a time trying to find the colors I needed the other day as well as the right brushes. Once again, the cobwebs are for Halloween! They are not real!
My DVDs and VHS tapes. A horrible mess that's already destroyed a handful of DVDs and one PS2 game. Compliments of my curious toddler. I think I'll save this for one of the last areas, I may need a different (higher or hidden) storage center for them that my son can't get into.
And lastly (but things I need to take care of first) 2 areas that I had finished cleaning, but need a touch up (major touch up), the closet---all the stuff on the floor were a result of cleaning other rooms (I just remembered I hadn't posted my room pics yet...next post.) and the kitchen table, that's one that I need to keep on top of weekly. Daily if I can!
