So...I did yoga before bed last night and pilates this morning before my coffee. Carlos is making this Steel Cut Oatmeal that's supposed to be really healthy and I'm drinking some coffee. I was going through some old SELF magazines, and I found a SELF challenge from 2007 (I know took me this long to figure to do it right) and I'm going to start it. It's perfect for what I've been starting to do as I'm getting out of my sickness (yes, still some remnants). I will be posting my progress here. The SELF challenge starts on a Monday, so officially I am starting tomorrow. My walking home will definitely help, as it will count toward my cardio if I'm to tired to do my Taebo, but I'm definitely going to try to get that extra workout in where I can. This also brings up a new section in Momstew Magazine (below) HEALTH AND FITNESS! Which I am going to entrust to Carlos, as he is basically a physical trainer these days (I got him the Perfect Pullup for Christmas and he was as happy as a kid!).
