Ray's Souffle and The Hat of Marit
The sauce stuff was pureed raspberries!!! I'm sure there was like liquor in there, too. There was hot fudge lava inside the little souffle. It oozed out of it when we attacked it with our forks. Notice the mood lighting? I was completely seduced by this dessert!
Marit didn't buy this hat. She's freakin' nuts!
