is it christmas yet?
last night was really cool. i had to go to this opera recital [which was annoying! heavy sopranos give me a HEADACHE]. to graduate, i have to have gone to 80 of them...and i've only been to two! they say 10+ a semester will do the trick...and i'm going to "octubafest" (barf) tonight and something else tomorrow.
neways...the best part..... before we went, me and jaclyn went to olive garden to eat. it was so weird being there...like memory lane from working there last fall. and what that first "transition into college" felt like because that's how i was at the time. so many good times there. jaclyn i miss those straw/pina colado shakes/wicked brew tea and running around like we own the place. boris [the bosnian manager] took care of our check too (which was really nice). i'll always like that place.
oh yeah...so i'm excited because i was accepted into this "music theory honors program". i'm not really sure what it is (it's probably an extra class full of more work like any other "honors program")...but the top 3 of each theory class were selected to be a part of it...so that's really cool :).
it's so nice to have sundays off...maybe i can actually focus on church a little more since i don't have to stumble in, tired in smelling like fajitas. the homework begins.
