Football picspam! :O I've been collecting slashy pictures lately :D
So obviously... scroll pass this post if you're adverse to slash.
It kind of started with this picture shaney posted over the weekend! *blames her*
Prince William giving Gerrard the winners medal after the FA Cup finals. And out of it, a random pairing was born. I mean, look at that handshake and the gazing at each other ;) Liek! Srsly, I we weren't the only ones who saw it. LJ rulez. You're never alone in random thoughts on LJ!
Unfortunately this is probably too random of a pairing that we would not see more of it. However, Prince William is the next FA President, so who knows? :p
I've also been recently introduced to the Chelsea OTP (Terry/Lampard) and just discovered the AC Milan OTP (Sheva/Kaká).
Chelsea OTP:
Only one Frank Lampard & John Terry picture because shaney did this awesome picspam of them on her journal last week already XD They're both in the English team so you may totally get to see them together during the World Cup as well.
The next OTP comes from the Italian football club, AC Milan: Ukrainian striker Andriy Shevchenko & Brazilian midfielder Kaká (apparently a nickname for Ricardo, his full name is Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite o_O). Sheva = total hotness, and Kaká can look rather cute at times too.
First, Sheva:
Pictures from over the weekend when he was watching his team play as he is nursing an injury at the moment. These pictures have been known to slay people XD
Picture comes in bigger size. *is slayed* Have no idea about the scars though?
He also does modelling from time to time. This is from a D&G show last year I think. Also said to be close friend of Giorgio Armani. Oh, did I mention he's married to an American model? *saded*
LOL, okay so he's a footballer so I guess I should post a picture of him in his kit. Such a lovely picture. nice ass too
Kaká has his share of fans as well, but hmm he's more cute than hot. He also tends to look better on the field to me for some reason.
I only have two pictures of him alone, because these were too adorable not to save -- Kaká in glasses!
Teh mop of hair also aids in the adorableness. He's also married already :/

Most football OTPs' action happens during the celebration of a goal/game. Sheva/Kaká have plenty of those moments.

The entire bench is empty, but they just have to sit/lean as close to each other as possible? XD
Sadly, there are been plenty of speculation that Sheva's leaving Milan which has become more likely of late. He has recently expressed a desire to leave and head for England, and Chelsea is also rather keen on getting him over to England. Not really sure how it'll work out, as Milan obviously wants to keep Sheva.
Anyhow, will end off this post with some quotes relating to this OTP!

FINALLY to end off! Even Mourinho sees the OTP(s)! XD XD The Portuguese technician of Chelsea, Jose Mourinho has decared in an interview to the Spanish newspaer ‘La Vangardia’:” Milan won a lot in Italy and in Europe. They have various players of class and a solid and powerful management. For these reasons, I think the Rossoneri are the strongest squad of the world. In particular, they have two players who make me crazy: I am a fan of Shevchenko and Kaka, even though the best players for me are always those players training with me, like Terry and Lampard.” [#]
