Honestly....
I have this cold...and the primary symptom is this awful cough.
And sometimes--sometimes!--there will be coughing fits that just will. not. stop. even though I'm at work. With a customer. In person...or on the phone. Can't breathe...tears streaming down my face...it's so embarrassing, and it really hurts my throat--it just rattles my entire body...
I have cough syrup, something to drink, and hard candy to suck on. These do not seem to relieve the problem for very long.
My hero, Nancy, will take over for me when I can't even speak, and that is much appreciated. Especially since when I run into her office and I can barely choke out the word "help!".
This better be over soon, because I don't think choking on my vows like that would make for good wedding video material:-(
