are there any sites on the interwebs that give a guide as to good areas to live and area's to avoid in places?
be it renting or buying, although we will probably be renting now. Either way we have 6 weeks to find somewhere new to live before the Landlord puts the house we are in up for sale and wants us out.
I just don't want to end up making too hurried a decision and renting somewhere thats in a totally shite area of somewhere, as we are going to be there a while.
possibly in general looking at Welwyn, Letchworth, Baldock way as that seems to be where the houses in our price range are atm.
