I'm such a bad friend.
So sorry! I really am. There are random moments during the day when I'll suddenly realise how much I miss you guys and hate being busy all the time! Okay, let me attempt to split this all into some form of coherent thought process:
Okay, so I have to admit that I loved it. It wasn't flawless, but it was a huge leap from some of the bullcrap from last season. The part where Booth told Brennan he loved her was tragic. You could literally see the exact moment on his face when he decided to backtrack and disguise his true feelings. But I think he did the right thing. The look on Bone's face said it all, really. The disappointment when he emphasised the friendship part of his declaration was so sad. If he'd have told her the truth, then grown to lose those feelings, she'd never recover. She'd never trust another man in the entire world ever. Her bff falling out of love with her + major daddy issues = bones lady. Like cats only with bones. I'm hopeful for the rest of the season now :).
I have to admit, when it started I didn't think it was going well. I thought the jokes were lame, and that something was missing. Then Lily kicked into gear and it felt like good old times! Looking them in the room? Priceless, Lilypad! The ending was perfection. When they were "lying" to Lily, and talking about what they loved about each other, it was so sweet! The look on their faces was so genuine, especially Barney. And the hand holding! Also, was it just me or when Barney and Robin were released did Robin look pissed off, while Barney looked really happy? Maybe he secretly wanted this all to happen? The thought of him plotting with Lily makes my knees go weak.
Also, how pretty does Alyson Hannigan look with her new hair? And Cobie Smulder's breasts! Blimey, where did they come from? All in all a good start to a hopefully brilliant season :)

Absolutely phenomenal. I went to go see it with my best friend, and literally throughout the entire thing we were turning to each other going "this is such an amazing film. Seriously I love it." The acting, the music, the plot, writing, cinematography, fashion, just EVERYTHING. There is not one fault. I'd recommend it to everyone and their mother. It's sweet, endearing, but most of all honest. It hurts to watch it, and you'll relate to either character - which will probably shock you more than anything. Be it seeing yourself in the lovesick loser who gets dumped and doesn't know why, or the oblivious girl who just doesn't believe in "the one" and won't compromise herself for anyone. If you haven't seen this, you need to, and if you already have then go see it again!
This film has shocked me most out of this whole Summer. I went in thinking it'd be a nice sweet film to cheer me up and make me smile. Instead, I've found another film to add to my top five favourite flicks. It is BREATHTAKING. I cannot put into words how much I love this film. After 500 DOS, I thought I'd seen the best film of the year. Then I saw this a week later. The chemistry between these two actors is so real and natural, that their relationship is the most genuine I've ever seen. The writer made a daring choice to make the centre couple pretty unspectacular. There's no huge drama between them, no ultimatums or blow ups. You know from three minutes into the film, that these two are going to be together forever. They could have so easily come off as boring, but instead they come off so beautifully normal that I found myself jealous. Every moment they share is so intimate and personal, and when they tell each other they love them you really believe it. Their beauty is in their sincerity, and frankly I can only wish more film makers had the same thought. Not only this, but it's fucking hilarious. Me and my best friend were in an empty screen so we were free to laugh as loud as we wanted, and at one point I was literally in hysterics for about 4 minutes. Perfection without a doubt.
Also, who else is SUPER EXCITED FOR CRIMINAL MINDS TOMORROW NIGHT? I'm so stupidly happy for the episode. Hotch! Prentiss finding Hotch! Prentiss sitting by Hotch's bedside! Prentiss Prentiss Prentiss!
