Dear Student
It has just come to light today from correspondence with student programmes that a number of students doing combined degrees have not registered for ENG9C4 which is a compulsory course as designated in the calendar.
The department have been asked to advise students that this requirement has to be met and we are therefore obliged to arrange for your enrolment on ENG9C4. In most cases this will mean withdrawal from another English module.
We regret this problem which has only came to our notice today. Please contact the department as soon as possible and certainly prior to Wednesday 28th February as this is the final date that a module change can be made.

so... basically this means that when I registered for my modules LAST SEPTEMBER, for 5 months they've not figured out they fucked up the module choices. and now i've spent about £30 on buying books for The body module (which I am really enjoying and ive spent hte past 2 months reading all the texts for) and now they're telling me i have to just drop it and take this other unit, Language and Literature which basically is awful and all about grammar, which will fuck up my timetable and which i havent read any of the texts for.
