I realized something this morning.
It sounds corny as hell that I would even make a point of realizing this.. But it’s been almost exactly one year since I met BT.
It’s funny how this one thing could have made such a difference in my life. I’m not going to sit here and say his music and him have made me a better person. I’m an asshole, nothings ever going to change that..
However, because I met him that night, at Scream ‘02, I will honestly say I think my life has been more interesting. I’ve met dozens of people, quite a few of which I consider some of my best friends. Some of you who are on my friends list. I’ve been to places I never thought I’d go to. I’ve gone on trips when I should be working. I’ve spent more money traveling then I really should have.
But it’s been worth it.
Thank you, Brian, and thank you to everyone I’ve met because of his music. You’ve all been such an positive influence in my life.
