I hate when people begin declarative sentences with the word "what." For example, "What a charming, heartwarming movie. It made me want to hug myself, and toast my neighbour's cat."

An overused sentence that's a probable tipoff the user isn't too bright: "The worst movie ever made." OR "The best movie ever made." In what universe is the use of "made" at the end of either of these sentences acceptable?

I shouldn't have eaten all those nachos at 12:30 last night. It has made me highly irritable this morning.

Also, those nachos gave me a bad dream. In the dream (cue Angelo Badalamenti music), I was going to a rave (or something). When I got to the front of the line, I found out I had no cash. So I ran to find an ATM, but the kids using it before me were big Jackass fans. They kept jumping into the ATM trying to knock themselves out. I told them to let me use it first. But they wouldn't stop. Then one of the kids jumped into it too hard and started bleeding. This made the woman in line behind me scream. As her scream went on for about a minute, I told her she's the most awful human being I ever met. When I woke up, I realized that I probably didn't mean that. I should save a comment like that for a more appropriate time.

The moral of this post: The world is too full of assholes to get bent out of shape when someone's simply annoying.

I need some cereal.
