Ok, so I'm slack at updates.. Things have been a bit mad lately..
I've been going to the gym 3 times a week up until a couple of weeks ago when I've begun going 4 times a week. I really enjoy it and I'm feeling a lot healthier.
This week I've come off the nicotine patches too so my mood hasn't been so great but I'm getting there slowly.. :) Going to the gym really helps give me that feel good feeling and I've put on a bit of weight now.. I'm up to 63kg I think (140 ish lbs or 10 stone for those that still use old money) and my body fat percentage is up to 9% from 7.5% (which was a bit low) so I'm all round healthier.. :)
