EEEK!
Ok, weird stuff is a happening!
I got up this morning, got dressed, drank coffee and ate doughnuts.. I left for work at the normal time and got half way to work before realising I was shouting at people more than usual on my drive in..
Now I've been here an hour and I just realised I don't have a patch on.. This would explain my grouchier than usual self. Would also explain my burning desire to scoff 3 doughnuts this morning with my coffee lol..
So yeah, not only did I forget to change my patch.. I totally neglected to realise that I didn't even have one on.. Trouble is, now I've been awake for a couple of hours I'm really craving nicotine.. :(
I guess I gotta just relax myself and chill out a bit, try not to think about it.. Kinda hard to do at work..
