Last night was incredible. I guess I went on a date, even though I don't know if technically it can be considered a date, but WHATEVER. I went out with this guy named Brian who I hadn't seen since about a week before I moved to Austin for the fall semester. I don't know what made me call him yesterday, but I"m glad I did. :)
We went to this bar called Smitty's and we shot pool for a while (I managed to lose THREE consecutive games... I'm GREAT!) Pool was fun, Brian was being slightly flirtatious (nothing big, just suttle things) and it was adorable.
But after pool we went and shot darts, and thats when the fun really started. We were just shooting and what not (pretending to be serious) and then, I don't know how it started, but we decided it would be a great idea to try and distract the other person while they were shooting (always smart when you're throwing pointy objects). He would come and wrap his arms around me right before I would throw a dart and pick me up, and I must admit, I got tingles all up and down my spine. :)
At 2 the bar closed so we just talked in the parking lot for a while and he gave me a hug goodnight, he never once, all night, tried to kiss me, which I thought was sweet.
BUT... he came over to my house after that and we watched American Wedding, and thats when the kiss happened. He is SUCH a GREAT kisser!!!!!!!!!! WOW!
He is the sweetest guy. He kept kissing my forehead, which is only my most favorite place to be kissed :) and he told me he wants to come visit me in Colorado this summer.
I'm sooo happy. I just thought I'd share. I know I must sound like a giddy little school girl, but thats how I feel right now.
