Recognition and control of toxic hazards in the workplace are fully explored, with special focus on designated or controlled substances. Implications for management and workers are discussed regarding legislative requirements for health and safety. (e.g. understanding WHMIS and WHMIS classes and divisions, preparation of Material Safety Data Sheets).
I’ve been waking up around noon and not being able to get to sleep for a few hours after. Today to help battle the insomnia I went over to visit my dad. He wasn’t home and my brother had left a note saying asking him to pick up the boy. So I relaxed at my dads for a bit and when dad didn’t show up I went to pick up Ethan. My dad finally showed up around 5 PM just as I was about to take Ethan to his mom’s work. I’m just a bit sleep deprived and grumpy at work
