matt died last night

matt died last night, on his birthday, and they found him this morning, and what i didnt realize was that his mom called me at 9:45am... she called me early to tell me, and i didnt even know until like 7pm.... i got home and my dad said mrs. nettie called, to call her back. i thought she called during the day at some point, i had no idea she called

he fell asleep on his back while under the influence, vomited in his sleep, aspirated it, and asphyxiated. i.e. puked and breathed it into his lungs and suffocated....

still doesnt seem real.... i just dont want to believe it....

My name is Trevor Giannetti... I knew Matt when we were children, like 5 yrs old to about 10 or 12 when he moved away... he used to live right across the street from me. I've spent the last 3 years trying to find him on myspace, facebook, etc. to try to get back in touch with him... Today while at work I pulled up google and, for some reason, im unsure why I thought, "I wonder if he's done anything that would merit a webpage, maybe he's on google" well... I found him... and it ruined my day. I am so beside myself.

I met him on Easter, he was really cool...we hung out and he played on my computer. He said he was glad to finally meet a gamer he could talk to. The next day some family (including me) had dinner together...and that was the last time I saw him.

He was really damn cool, even though I only knew him for a few days. Damn....damn..never would have expected that...
