Breakfast: Cereal with milk and toast with jam
Lunch: Ham sandwish, pringles and carrot sticks and bottle of water
Dinner: Rice with shrimp and eggs
Exercise: Karate
Social: Meeting new people at the karate club

I had fun at the dance the other night...until the whole room went into a lockdown. It was really scary. Who was that person who yelled out "OH MY GOD WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE?"?

Karate club was pretty good and wasn't scary. I met a lot of new people!

Anyway, Halloween is coming up and I'm not sure what to be. Any ideas?
