I worked out a ton this week! I'm really proud of myself even though I haven't really lost any weight yet. My body is basically just get back in to the "mode" of losing weight, which is fine by me because I know that eventually I'll start losing again. I've changed my eating only slightly for right now because I don't want to make HUGE changes just yet.
Tonight I'm hoping to go out and dance with friends. That's good exercise, right? Who else is going dancing?
