I have seen Him. Clearly and distinctly, I have seen Him. And He has made my heart sing. I read a book called "I, Judas" by Taylor Caldwell, and over the course of reading that book I was struck by some Undefinable thing. I could see and feel Christ. His message became my song. Even now He is counseling me and teaching me. It is to Him that I have given my heart. May His will be as my will. All at once I thirsted to know more of Him. I wanted to hear His word. That had never happened to me before. I had always been a Christian whose beliefs were ankle-deep. But now it is growing deeper and deeper. I'm learning to restrain myself. Love thy enemy. I am learning to see the world in a new light. That is what He is, a Light unto the world. He has taught me to love and forgive those who trespass against me. If I am unable to forgive, then who am I to beg forgiveness of Him? Letting go of grudges, being not quick to anger for those things are worthless. He is powerful and awe-inspiring. Never have I had such a sense of calm and peace. Never have I felt so secure. I have not one worry that doesn't rest in His hands. I follow Him now, not for myself, but for Him and what it is that He can do through me. The path He has set for me may not be smooth and simple, but whether it be smooth or rocky, from it I will not stray. I have found all I need in Him. I hope that I am able to bring others to Him, so that they might see Him as I do.

"Voice of Truth"

Oh what I would do to have
The kind of faith it takes
To climb out of this boat I'm in
on to the crashing waves

To step out of my comfort zone
Into the realm of the unknown where Jesus is
And He's holding out His hand

But the waves are calling out my name
And they laugh at me
Reminding me of all the times
I've tried before and failed
The waves they keep on telling me
Time and time again. "Boy, you'll never win!"
"You'll never win!"

Chorus:
But the Voice of Truth tells me a different story
The Voice of Truth says, "Do not be afraid!"
And the Voice of Truth says, "This is for My glory"
Out of all the voices calling out to me
I will choose to listen and believe the Voice of Truth

Oh what I would do to have
The kind of strength it takes
to stand before a giant
With just a sling and a stone

Surrounded by the sound of a thousand warriors
Shaking in their armor
Wishing they'd have had the strength to stand

But the giant's calling out my name
And he laughs at me
Reminding me of all the times
I've tried before and failed
The giant keeps on telling me
Time and time again. "Boy you'll never win!"

But the stone was just the right size
To put the giant on the ground
And the waves they don't seem so high
On top of them lookin' down
I will soar with the wings of eagles
When I stop and listen to the sound of Jesus
Singing over me

Chorus:
But the Voice of Truth tells me a different story
The Voice of Truth says, "Do not be afraid!"
And the Voice of Truth says, "This is for My glory"
Out of all the voices calling out to me (calling out to me)
I will choose to listen and believe-

I will choose to listen and believe the Voice of Truth

I will listen and believe
I will listen and believe the Voice of truth
I will listen and believe
Cause Jesus you are the voice of truth
