I got news yesterday that made me smile so hard my face hurt.
I am now sponsored by a tax deductible organization... so I can go to Africa this summer and people can donate and get a tax deduction! WOOT!
I feel strongly that God is about using these connections to bless many.
Then the stuff hit the fan.
I started digging into what it will take to get my student visa stuff sorted out. Oh my goodness, I never should have looked.
This is going to get very sticky. I earliest I can apply for a student visa is mid june... but I will not be in the country in Mid june. I thought I'd just enter the UK in May and say it was my point of entry. But no. They say the earliest you can enter the country on your student visa is one month. Crap.
This could mean a heck of a lot of air travel.
Also, I have to prove that I have the money. Once again, crap. I don't have the money of course, when do I ever?
It's just so much work to get through all the hoops.
I hope I get better soon because being sick and dealing with all this is getting soooo old.
