I am back!
It was a very theraputic holiday. My travel buddy, MsK and I went to the airport early on Friday morning and I managed to meet her BF. Haha.. sorry ladies, didn't manage to take a photo of him but I can vouch that he is a nice guy and will look after MsK.
He treated us to Delifrance. I gotta say that Delifrance's food there isn't too bad. We all chatted for a while and he is quite a chatty fellow as well. LOL.
After waving us off at the departure lounge, we went in and waited for while to board. The plane was about 60% full. Mostly Chinese passengers like us.
It was a relatively uneventful flight with some turbulence. There were lots of rain clouds on the way there. We landed at approximately 2ish and had to wait 20 minutes for our luggage cos it was raining.
Took a cab to Mid Valley and that was another hour. In all, we checked in at 330 and started shopping! There were tons of people at Mid Valley and a majority of them were locals.
At 3pm we had a quick meanl at the xiao long pau place near Cititel. Yummy!
Can't remember what we bought but we headed to Nando's chicken for dinner at about 830, thinking that it was way past normal dinner time. Wrong! There were lots of people and we waited for about 15 minutes for our meal.
After dinner, it was pretty late and we went back to the hotel to relax.
