My fellow Kids Next Door, I would first like to salute the hard work put forth in recruitment of our new cadets. So good work soldiers. For all the new cadets, I am Numbuh 362 your Supreme Leader. I commend you all for your bravery to volunteer to take part in the fight. The challenges we face ahead will be difficult and will test your resolve. We all are heading towards hard times, the hardest time in all of KND history. We are all far away from home forced to conform to this black and white delightful dictatorship with their brainwashing, completely at the mercy of our captures. Our numbers are greatly reduced and we’re out gunned, but we of the KND will never give up! Not without a fight! No matter what horrors they put us through, whether it be button up of shirts or frilly dresses, no amount of starch will able to take away the spirit of the Kids Next Door! The faces of our enemy may be different but underneath it’s the same adult tyranny that we have always sworn to eradicate! They might try to divide us but together we are strong!
Basic training will commence as soon as our fortifications are complete. It is being worked on, right Numbuh 4? If you all have any questions or concerns please contact one of the senior operatives or myself. So until then, stay vigilante, stay strong. And remember....

Senior operatives, please report to my residence at 1700 on Friday where I’ll be hosting a “slumber party”, during which there will be played a game of T.R.U.T.H. O.R. D.A.R.E. ** So don’t be late and bring your reports. Numbuh 362 out!
