2 slices of toast with vitalite on
small handful of mixed nuts n raisins
blackcurrant cereal bar
raspberry flapjack
banana
slice of 8th day flan (mixed beans, carrot, and sesame seeds, i think)

carb carb sugar carb carb!!!
