I'm pretty sure i'm starting to break my caffeine addiction. for as long as I could remember i've needed something with caffeine in it to function throughout the day. If I didn't have something for a period of time i would start to get a headache and become tired. Over the past few weeks i've primarily just been drinking water. I had a coke this morning and i was practically bouncing off the walls which is weird because that never happens from caffeine. probably has something to do with my sugar intake as well which i've been having a lot less of also.
