Nice weekend... got some good sleep.
Saturday evening Bobby and I went to uhbartender's birthday celebration. Dinner at PF Changs, drinks at her place then a trip to the Prive Lounge. It was a wonderful evening, nice to be around friends and have a good time. They tried to make me remove my baseball cap at the Prive lounge, but I was rebellious and refused to, hehe... they didn't really care I guess. Went to JRs after that for a little bit, not much was going on there.
Also ventured to Ikea Saturday... we got this wall clock I have been eyeing for awhile, and got some planter boxes to but on the balcony. They are made out of sheet metal so I'm going to have to paint them first. I think the plain grey look of sheet metal would clash with our building so I'm just going to paint them black to match the railing on the balcony.
This week should be busy at work. I was delegated a project which would literally take me about a month to complete if I worked on it non-stop, so I will need to try to find some way to manage that. It must be done by the end of August. Just going to have to delegate it within the department to get it done, but it really is a bitch as I have more than enough to do already. The only positive out of this is the prospect of overtime pay :)
