It's been forever since I posted. I used to be such an avid journaler!
At any rate, things are going, like always. Three more ER shifts and then I'll have a vacation (ahhhhh). I certainly need one. Then I'll only have one rotation left for the year! That is so exciting! I can hang out at home, actually keep my room clean, and concentrate on getting ready for the baby, which is a scary concept all in itself.
Right now I'm in the middle of interviews. I have been dreading interviews pretty much since I found out that I would have to go on them, but they haven't been as bad as I thought they'd be. Probably because of the field I'm going into. Sometimes the interviewers don't even ask me any questions. Anyway, so now's the big decision - stay or go? I'm struggling with that right now. So far, my favorite program away has been in North Carolina. Now I really don't want to move to NC right after we start needing the babysitting services of my mom, hehe... But seriously, it's not that big of a deal since Brian works at home, and we're not even sure he'd be able to keep his current job if we moved that far away. It's more about being 14 hours driving distance from my parents (20 hours from his) or $600 in plane tickets.
Well I forgot to mention that I'm on a night shift schedule, which is why I'm rambling on here at 5 am. I'm not looking forward to working tonight, but on the bright side, I'll only have 2 more shifts after that!!!
I'm going to read a little before my lecture at 8.
