East of the Sun and-- rec and "poster"
Another fake movie poster! I'm really falling in love with making these, hopefully more will follow...
The fic this time around is East of the Sun and -- (PG-13) by plalligator. John rather thinks he might have been something else before he was, well, John. A discarded coat, maybe, worn through at the elbows, frayed and stained; or some bright-eyed bird or mammal; or a few inky, smudged sheets of newspaper; or a handful of rich, red clay. This fic is utterly beautiful: lyrical, fairytale-like prose, full of delicately understated angst. Overall bittersweet, but with a happy ending that's sure to leave you satisfied. Check it out!
