Movies Blog Keanu.
Don’t tease me, bro.
Do NOT mess with me, man.
Super nerdy fan mode: I really hope that he is over-generalizing that plot, and that’s not exactly how it plays out. Because I was under the impression that the song that launched Wyld Stallyns to fame was “God Gave Rock and Roll To You,” which Future Bill and Future Ted (and lord help me, they’d better look like that at some point during the 3rd movie,) came back and played at the Battle of the Bands. After that, I always assumed that the entire collection of Wyld Stallyns music was changing the world, aligning the planets, eliminating smog, etc. Like, with every hit, each new drop of Wyld Stallyns that anyone hears, the universe becomes better.
I am optimistic though… original writers, and Alex and Keanu still look awesome. It’s not like seeing Indiana Jones in his Grandpa pants. I would also not be opposed to a teen generation of (WELL CASTED) Little Bill and Little Ted, dealing with their famous dads.
And let’s PLEASE not forget that the Wyld Stallyns lineup includes Station and Death. PLEASE do not CGI Station, and PLEASE have lots and lots of Death.
